Refund Policy

Last updated October 25, 2026

I aim for every experience to exceed expectations. Here’s how refunds, cancellations, and plan changes work for my virtual event services.

01Eligibility for Refunds

For one-time programs (such as the Discovery Session or Transformation Program), requests for a refund must be submitted within 7 days of purchase, provided no sessions have been delivered and no digital materials have been accessed.

02What Is Non-Refundable

Services already delivered (such as live event moderation or completed sessions) and digital materials that have been accessed are non-refundable.

03Unused Sessions

If a package includes multiple sessions and you have not used all of them, you may request a partial refund for unused sessions within 30 days of purchase, provided no materials were accessed relating to those sessions.

04Monthly or Yearly Plans

Monthly or yearly partnership plans can be cancelled at any time. Cancellation becomes effective at the end of your current billing period, and no future payments will be charged. Fees for the current period are non-refundable.

05Missed or Rescheduled Sessions

Missed sessions without 24 hours’ notice are considered delivered and are non-refundable. Rescheduled sessions with sufficient notice can be accommodated based on availability.

06Duplicate or Accidental Charges

If you believe you were charged more than once or made a payment in error, contact me immediately. I will resolve accidental or duplicate charges promptly.

07How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email contact@jasonkohout.shop or use the form on the Contact page. I will respond within 3 business days with next steps.

08Refund Processing Time

If your refund is approved, it will be processed through Stripe. Please allow 5–10 business days for your original payment method to be credited.

09Chargebacks

If you believe there is a problem with billing or service, please contact me first for a resolution. Unauthorized chargebacks or disputes may result in termination of service eligibility.
